Mary Mannion Plunkett, PhD, is a dynamic human capital leader with expertise across multiple industries. She drives business growth by building leadership and organizational capability and catalyzing individual and organizational effectiveness. She is currently a consultant for clients dedicated to improving health and education, including Tanzanian Children’s Fund, Gardens for Health International, Three Mile Health and Upsher-Smith Laboratories, and part time faculty member at the University of Minnesota, Technology Leadership Institute. She has held management and executive positions in the U.S. and abroad for companies that include Boeing, BP, Heineken and Lehman Brothers. She has served as an adjunct professor in organizational behavior at Seattle Pacific University, has published numerous articles and is co-author of Real Time Leadership Development.
