Tim Pescatello has over 12 years of law-enforcement experience with the LAPD, both as a full-time and as a reserve police officer. He spent all of his time working patrol assignments in various divisions throughout the City of Los Angeles.
Prior to becoming a police officer, Tim worked as an attorney defending police officers in administrative and civil proceedings. An experienced Peace Officers Bill of Rights (POBR) attorney, Tim focused on all disciplinary matters. He specialized in representing officers in officer-involved shooting and in-custody death investigations.
Tim holds a JD from Southwestern University School of Law and received his BA in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine.
