Todd Wuestewald is a former Chief of Police and a 30-year law enforcement veteran. He holds a PhD in Workforce Education, as well as master’s degrees in Public Administration and Criminal Justice. He has published on a variety of topics, including police education and training, executive and workforce development, police administration, leadership, practitioner-researcher collaborations, and numerous operational topics in policing. He has served as a consultant for various law enforcement agencies across the U.S. and internationally. Todd’s teaching, research, service, and contributions to the field of policing have garnered numerous awards. His present research interests include participative forms of management, police workplace climate, and active shooter incidents.
