Ella Washington is an organizational psychologist providing subject-matter expertise in leadership, diversity, and inclusion. Her research and client work focuses on women in the workplace, barriers to inclusion for diverse groups, and working with organizations to build inclusive cultures. In her role as a Senior Workplace Consultant with Gallup, she has partnered with clients across retail, manufacturing, banking, higher education, technology, government, and non-profit industries.
Prior to joining Gallup, Ella was a Talent Management Consultant at Ernst & Young, where she advised global clients on performance management, change management, learning and development, and diversity. She also has extensive teaching experience in the area of organizational behavior.
Ella earned her PhD in organizational behavior from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Her research analyzes women’s leadership attainment and retention in organizations.
