Karen Hill, MBA, has expertise in talent management, employee engagement, executive coaching and merger/acquisition initiatives. She was most recently Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Transamerica Life Insurance Company, where she facilitated building a diverse workforce, partnered with community organizations, promoted an inclusive culture, and led the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Board. She was previously Transamerica’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and has held senior posts at Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment, BP and American Express. She also headed a consulting firm geared to meeting HR and business development needs for clients including Fox Networks Group, Web Wise Kids and the National Human Resources Association. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources designation, completed the Center for Creative Leadership executive program, has a certification in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University and has been a guest lecturer at Pepperdine University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Human Resources Strategy Forum and National Human Resources Association.
