
Richard Kluckow is a supervisory statistician with a federal statistical agency, where he oversees the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data on the criminal justice system. Earlier in his career, Rich designed web-based monitoring and evaluation systems at an international aid agency, worked as a business development specialist for a successful tech start-up, and supported community-based evaluations for a non-governmental organization near Denver, Colorado.
