Bill Topf

Bill Topf is a strategic executive change agent with nearly 25 years of cross-functional business experience. He has significant experience leading large-scale change initiatives, brand and business transformations, analytics programs, and business strategy. Most recently, Bill was SVP of Global Data and Analytics for Diageo, the world’s foremost premium beverage alcohol business. He has held a variety of other roles at Diageo, including SVP of North American Commercial Analytics, Performance and Strategy; VP of Brand Marketing for Diageo’s Scotch, Gin and Liqueurs portfolios; Group Director of Product Innovation; and VP of Corporate Strategy. Prior to working at Diageo, Bill was a principal at the strategic management consultancy of Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led projects ranging across organization development and restructuring, growth strategy, and strategic transformation of functions such as sales, marketing, HR, and supply chain.

Bill earned a BA in quantitative economics and an MA in sociology (organizational studies) from Stanford University. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School, where his studies focused on strategic transformation, marketing, organizational leadership, and change management.
