Carly Cooper has more than 20 years of change management, design thinking, marketing, communications, product management, culture, and getting-stuff-done experience. She has worked for one of the largest banks in the world and for some of the biggest brands in the tech industry: SAP, Gartner, and Infosys. Carly now heads communication and transformation for an artificial intelligence startup.
A change leader, researcher, and storyteller both in experience and degree, she has a BSJ in journalism from Ohio University and an MA in organizational psychology with a specialization in change leadership from Columbia University’s Teachers College. Carly also earned an EdD in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California, where her dissertation was entitled The Impact of Advanced Technologies on the Workplace and the Workforce. Her specialties include change leadership, organizational psychology, experiential learning, design thinking, market research, messaging and positioning, and program management.
