Christine Hernandez, PhD, is the SVP of Organizational Development and Talent Management at Tokio Marine North America Services, a Fortune Global 500 company. She has over 20 years of experience in leading transformational change, visioning and building global talent management systems, and managing all aspects of organizational development, particularly specializing in culture change through the process of mergers and acquisitions.
Christine earned a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a master’s degree focused on community based organizing from Harvard University’s School of Divinity and an MBA from the UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business. She recently finished her PhD in Industrial Psychology from Alliant International University focused on Global Leadership Development. Additionally, Christine has a Master’s Certificate in Conflict Resolution, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an SPHR designation from the Society of Human Resources.
