Deborah Glynn is the Vice President of Talent at Rexford Industrial, a real estate investment trust in Southern California. She has over 20 years of proven success across advertising, big data, and technology industries with corporate experience ranging from Vail Resorts to Oracle. Leveraging her expertise in operational leadership for large-scale organizations, Deborah has also consulted with start-ups and established mid-size companies in developing growth, talent acquisition, executive leadership, search, and coaching strategies. Her broad areas of expertise include diversity and inclusion, organizational change, team leadership, infrastructure development, and best practice implementation.
Deborah obtained a BA in communications from the University of Iowa and an MS in organizational leadership from Regis University. She earned her EdD in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education.
