Eric Olesen is a director with Booz Allen Hamilton, a $7B Federal Contractor with more than 25,000 employees, and leads their Workforce Analytics function. Mr. Olesen has over 20 years of experience in the fields of applied statistics and predictive analytics in the areas of human capital, quantitative market research, and survey methodology. He spent the first part of his career in client-facing roles at the Gallup Organization, helping Fortune 100 organizations link their key performance metrics to employee and customer engagement. Mr. Olesen also specializes in creating predictive models to help organizations be more proactive in areas such as reducing attrition, identifying drivers of quality hires, and succession management.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Wayne State University and holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. He is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the American Association for Public Opinion Research.
