Eryn Mack is the Director of Culture & Organizational Effectiveness at TruAmerica Multifamily, LLC, a leading private equity firm based in Los Angeles, California. She leads TruAmerica’s overall human resources infrastructure and organizational development by prioritizing and aligning business opportunities with strategic goals. Prior to joining TruAmerica Multifamily, Mack was a Human Resource Business Partner at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and held positions at Toys “R” Us Distribution Center and in the U.S. Army.
Mack completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Penn State University, and she earned a doctoral degree in organizational leadership and education from the University of Southern California. She holds master certificates in business intelligence, human resources, and project management, along with professional certifications as an FMLA Administrator, as a Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and in Lean Six Sigma.
