Eryn Mack is the Chief People Officer at TruAmerica Multifamily, LLC, a leading private equity real estate firm based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, she leads TruAmerica’s overall human resources infrastructure, organizational development, and culture initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to align business priorities with workforce capability, leadership accountability, and long-term organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining TruAmerica Multifamily, Eryn was a Human Resource Business Partner at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and held positions at Toys “R” Us Distribution Center and in the U.S. Army. She is also the Founder and CEO of Mack Point Consulting, LLC, where she advises organizations on organizational design, change execution, leadership effectiveness, and the responsible integration of AI into people operations.
Eryn completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Penn State University, and she earned a doctoral degree in organizational leadership and education from the University of Southern California. She holds master certificates in business intelligence, human resources, and project management, along with professional certifications as an FMLA Administrator, as a Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and in Lean Six Sigma.
