George Ho

George Ho is a human capital management professional with experience working across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Since founding Greater Human Capital in 2018, he has partnered with clients to build on their strengths and create outstanding people experiences. His work increasingly centers on HR technology and Artificial Intelligence. Earlier in his career, George served as a consultant in Deloitte’s Federal Human Capital practice and as an HR practitioner at several U.S. nonprofit organizations. Outside of his human capital work, George is also the CEO of Frönen, a company making clean-ingredient, non-dairy frozen desserts that are available in thousands of stores across the country.

George obtained his BA in international affairs from the George Washington University, with concentrations in international economics and environmental resources. He earned his master’s degree from Georgetown University in human resources management, with a concentration in strategic human capital management. George is extremely passionate about collective learning, the student experience, and working with each student to unlock their limitless potential.
