C. Harry Eggleton is founder and Managing Principal at Emergent Consulting, a company focused on individual & team performance, executive coaching & leadership, finance & strategy, and organization effectiveness. Beginning as a line manager in the financial services industry, Harry became Director of Learning & Development and Organization Effectiveness for Security Pacific/Bank of America. Then, as an independent consultant, Harry added three decades of experience with clients including the Capital Group Companies, Cisco Systems, Edwards Lifesciences, Herbalife Nutrition, IHOP, Kaiser Permanente, The Timken Company, and the Walt Disney Company.
At the University of Southern California he earned an MBA, providing a solid financial background, and an MSBA, which counterbalances the financial with a behavioral perspective. Harry has been a presenter at Harvard Business School, the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. He is the senior author of The Fieldbook of Team Interventions (HRD Press) and received the Association for Talent Development’s highest honor, their Lifetime Achievement Award.
