Jackie Bsharah is an evidence-based, results-oriented organization development consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of HR experience. She specializes in transformational learning, mindset recognition, and development and group dynamics. Jackie’s clients have included the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Department of Education, U.S. Patent and Trade Office, the City of San Francisco, OTR Wheel Engineering, Blackstone, Association of Independent Radio, Organization of Chinese Americans, and Voice of America.

Before becoming an executive coach, Jackie covered national and international news for the broadcast division of The Associated Press. Her ability to identify and nurture talent earned her a promotion to Executive Producer of the Radio/Audio Division, where she oversaw all news coverage for the radio and audio products. As Executive Producer, Jackie developed systems of quality control, performance management, and leadership development.

Jackie has a PhD in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University, where she also earned her MA. She has an MSOD from American University. Her coaching credentials include PCC designation by the International Coaching Federation, as well as certifications in evidence-based coaching and the Shift Positive 360 instrument.
