Jamie Latiano Jacobs

Jamie Latiano Jacobs is an HR leader and entrepreneur who has led diverse organizations through growth, change, and transformation. She is known for building excellence in HR teams and company cultures. Her experience ranges from independent startups to global Fortune 50s with companies like Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ingersoll-Rand, Ingram Micro, Thales, and Renovate America. Jamie is the founder and CEO of the modern talent agency Gig Talent, which was built to set a standard of excellence in the growing gig economy and create access to expert-level, on-demand talent for growing and evolving organizations. Jamie is also the host of The Courageous Choice podcast, which explores the pivotal moments when leaders, entrepreneurs, changemakers, and individuals make bold career moves and explore the results that follow.

Jamie is a former president of the National Human Resources Association as well as an ICF professional certified coach (PCC). She was recognized as the 2016 HR Superstar by HRO Today and the Women Who Mean Business Award by the San Diego Business Journal. Jamie is also the author of the book Designing Exceptional Organizational Cultures, and she is a sought-after speaker in areas of leadership, company culture, HR transformation, talent strategies, the future of work, and entrepreneurship. Jamie holds BA degrees in history and political science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Chapman University.
