Her experience ranges from independent startups to global Fortune 50s with companies like Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Ingersoll-Rand, Ingram Micro, Thales, and Renovate America.
Jamie is the co-founder of the modern talent collective Gig Talent, which was built on a core belief that a community of like-minded professionals could improve how high-caliber, on-demand talent is supported and resourced. Gig Talent supports consultants and coaches and helps organizations connect with exceptional certified talent to solve real business challenges by providing vetted expert HR consultant and coaching resources to augment internal teams as they deliver on their most important priorities.
Jamie is a former president of the National Human Resources Association as well as an ICF professional certified coach (PCC). She has been recognized with accolades including the 2016 HR Superstar by HRO Today and the Women Who Mean Business Award by the San Diego Business Journal. Jamie is also the author of the award-winning book, Designing Exceptional Organizational Cultures, and she is a highly sought-after speaker in areas of leadership, self-development, company culture, wellness, mental health in the workplace, the future of work, and entrepreneurship. Jamie holds BA degrees in history and political science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Chapman University.
