Keith Earley

Keith Earley is an organization development consultant with a broad range of experience in change management, executive coaching, DEI strategies, team building, and group facilitation. Keith has worked extensively in corporate, government, legal, and non-profit sectors. He served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, a global intellectual property firm. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Employee Strategies and Practices in the Human Resources Division at Freddie Mac, a position he assumed following 17 years of practice in the legal division.

 

Keith earned a PhD in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law. He also earned an MA in human and organizational systems from Fielding, an MS in organization development from American University, and he completed a BA at Cornell University. He has numerous certifications including leadership coaching, polarities management, CliftonStrengths assessment, the Intercultural Development Inventory, and the BarOn EQ-I (measuring emotional intelligence). More recently, Keith has expanded his approach to organization development through the application of Gestalt theory and practice in a global context. He worked in Budapest, South Africa, and Belgium as part of the International Gestalt & Organization Development (iGold) program. Subsequently, he traveled to Ghana, South Africa, and Tanzania to meet the requirements for the Gestalt Africa Leadership Program (GALP).
