Kyle Chavez

Kyle Chavez is an executive, leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping companies improve performance and deliver measurable results. He is the founder and principal of L2L for Change, a consultancy delivering customized executive coaching and transformation support. His expertise spans the human resource disciplines of change, culture, talent planning, learning, and strategy, alongside technical leadership and complex systems. This foundation draws on his prior work as Principal Consultant and Practice Leader for the NASA–Caltech Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), where he supported institutional functions across flight and non-flight missions, enterprise business operations, manufacturing, and management. He has also held senior-level roles at other institutions, including nonprofits and Fortune 100 financial firms.

Kyle serves as board president of a nonprofit organization that provides personal safety education and empowerment for at-risk populations and victims of assault. He previously served in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his BA from California State University, Fullerton, his MS from the University of La Verne, and his EdD from the University of Southern California where his research focused on evaluating the effectiveness of managers serving as coaches. He also has numerous certifications in executive coaching as well as leadership and professional psychometric assessments.
