Michael McGrath has worked, taught, coached and consulted in executive, management, and organization development for over 30 years. He served as Vice President of Executive Education & Development at Charles Schwab Company and Senior Vice President & Executive Consultant at Personnel Decisions International (now Korn Ferry). Michael has created custom programming for both international and domestic companies, including Ford Motor Company, Rockwell International, and Scheffler, A.G. (Germany). His programs focus on individual leadership effectiveness, senior leadership team effectiveness, cultural alignment with vision, and strategy and strategic talent management. His recent publications include Becoming a Master Manager: A Competing Values Approach and Strategic Executive Development: The Five Essential Investments. Michael has a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the State University of New York at Albany.
