His firm designs and implements talent strategies to increase the effectiveness of organizations, taking a holistic approach that leads to sustainable change for individuals, teams and organizations. He bases his work on current management research balanced with pragmatism gained from more than 20 years of work as an external consultant and internal leader. He has held leadership development positions at Amazon, Microsoft and Korn Ferry Management Consulting. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
