Robert Adamik

Robert Adamik, DPA, is an experienced corporate HR executive. He currently consults with small to mid-size organizations to build their HR departments and with executives to transform leaders to achieve business and life goals. Across his 40-year HR career, he has also worked for companies such as Beneficial Corporation, IndyMac Bank, Smith Barney, Citadel Investments and St. John’s Well Child & Family Center.

Bob holds a Doctor of Public Administration, DPA, with an emphasis in Personality Assessment and Executive Competency, from the University of La Verne. His approach addresses the “total person,” leading to individual transformation and employer satisfaction. He is a certified Activity Vector Analysis (AVA) Behavioral Personality Assessment Analyst and has held numerous speaking engagements for organizations in for-profit and non-profit sectors. He is the founder of Ethos Networking Group and has served over 4,000 members in life and career transition.
