Robert J. Turner has over 25 years of experience, ranging from small startups to publicly traded multibillion-dollar corporations. Prior to his retirement, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at L.A. Care Health Plan, the largest public health plan in the U.S. He has also worked with tech, manufacturing, and distribution companies. He is committed to providing quality, reasoned, and steady leadership to the executive team and employees to ensure organizational goals are exceeded.
With a Master’s in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, International Relations from Brown University, and a Doctorate in Management from Pacific Western University, he has advocated for and facilitated numerous effective corporate culture initiatives.
Bob has spoken at numerous HR and management panels and symposiums, and was selected Human Resources Executive of the Year for Los Angeles by the National Human Resources Association in 2016.
