Robin Elledge has spent the past 30 years honing her skills as a respected human resources leader and results-oriented change agent. She led HR at Hot Topic, a Fortune Best Places to Work organization. She was also the Chief People Officer at Dine Equity (Dine Global) during a period of complete financial restructuring, reorganization, and acquisition. Most recently, Robin was CAO for an entrepreneurial company that grew 400% during her tenure. She led HR and other business functions as they engaged in three leveraged buy-outs, the last of which resulted in a sale to a $3 billion company. In her many roles, she has developed specific expertise in organization and leadership development, employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between the people and business strategies.
Robin is currently an executive/leadership coach and HR/OD consultant through her company, Janus Coaching + Consulting. She has an MBA from USC and has earned an SPHR and an ACC coaching certification. She previously taught at the Claremont Graduate School, has spoken at numerous meetings and conferences, and published two books on team building early in her career.
