Theresa Haskins is an organizational development and disability-inclusion leader with decades of experience working with corporations, nonprofits, and educational institutions to develop leaders and create inclusive cultures where diverse groups of people thrive. She is CEO of Haskins Consulting Group, a neurodiversity inclusion company that helps individuals and organizations identify and achieve their goals for learning and improved performance. Theresa is also the Head of Global Talent Program and Change Management at JPMorgan Chase, leading teams that implement innovative programs and strategic solutions to drive change across a global workforce. She has served in a multitude of learning, organizational development, and change management roles over her 24-year career with the company.
Theresa is recognized for her research and development of proprietary motivation approaches and innovative disability-inclusion programs. She has a BA in sociology from Kent State University and an MA in educational psychology from Eastern Michigan University, where she received the Scholar of Excellence award for research on choice as a motivational influencer for students with autism. Theresa earned an EdD in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. She received the Dissertation of the Year award for her research titled, “Building Employers’ Capacity to Support Competitive Employment for Adults with Autism: A Promising Practice Study.” She is an advocate for neurodiversity and continues to research autism and neurodivergent employment issues to develop solutions that enable employers to build more disability-inclusive and accessible organizations.
