Theresa Haskins is an organizational development and disability-inclusion leader with decades of experience working with corporations, nonprofits, and educational institutions to develop leaders and build adaptive cultures that support diverse ways of thinking, learning, and working. She is CEO of Haskins Consulting Group, a neurodiversity inclusion company that helps individuals and organizations identify and achieve their goals for improved performance. Theresa served as the founding President and CEO of the Institute of Neurodiversity US and spent 28 years as a leader in talent strategy, organizational development, and change management at JPMorgan Chase, driving innovative programs and strategic solutions across a global workforce.
Theresa is recognized for her research and development of innovative disability-inclusion programs and motivation-based approaches to learning and performance. She earned a BA in sociology from Kent State University and an MA in educational psychology from Eastern Michigan University, where she received the Scholar of Excellence award for research on choice as a motivational influencer for students with autism. Theresa also earned an EdD in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. She received the Dissertation of the Year award for her research titled, “Building Employers’ Capacity to Support Competitive Employment for Adults with Autism: A Promising Practice Study.” Her work continues to focus on helping organizations build more disability-inclusive and accessible workplaces while expanding opportunities for neurodivergent individuals.
