Tim Pescatello is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive expertise in public sector labor relations, employment law, and contract negotiations. He is currently the Director of Employee Relations for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, the largest prosecutorial office in the United States.
Tim began his career as a labor law attorney, representing police and fire department personnel throughout California. His experience includes defending public sector employees in administrative, civil, and criminal hearings, serving as a chief negotiator for unions, and providing counsel on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) matters. He also specialized in representing police officers at critical incidents.
Tim holds a JD from Southwestern University School of Law and received his BA from the University of California, Irvine, in Criminology, Law and Society.
