Tim Pescatello is an experienced human resources professional specializing in public sector labor relations and contract negotiations. Tim currently works for the County of Los Angeles as the Manager within the Chief Executive Office, Employee Relations Division, which is responsible for the negotiation and administration of over 60 contracts affecting approximately 70,000 employees. He is also responsible for developing and directing countywide labor relation policies and procedures.
Tim began his professional career as a labor law attorney representing both police and fire department associations throughout the state of California. During this time, he defended public sector employees in administrative, civil and criminal hearings. Further, he served as a chief negotiator on behalf of unions and advised on FLSA matters.
Tim holds a JD from Southwestern University School of Law and received his BA from the University of California, Irvine in Criminology, Law and Society.
