Todd Mayhew is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Human Resources Officer at Snap Finance, a provider of innovative financing solutions to over 3,000,000 customers. Todd has over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership positions, predominantly with leading financial services firms like Citigroup, MUFG, and Credit One Bank. During his career, he has led all facets of the HR function, including organizational development and learning, HR business partners, employee relations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, human capital analytics, and total rewards.
Todd earned his EdD in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. His research focused on the future of work and organizational responses to the impact of computerization on employees. He also holds an MIR and an MPA, both from Queen’s University in Canada, in addition to a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.
