Todd Mayhew is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Internal Communications at Credit One Bank, a top-10 issuer of Visa credit cards in the United States with over 10,000,000 card members. Todd has over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership positions, predominantly with global financial services firms like Citigroup and MUFG. During his career, he has led all facets of the HR function, including organizational development and learning, HR business partners, employee relations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, human capital analytics, and total rewards.
Todd received his EdD in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. His research focused on the future of work and organizational responses to the impact of computerization on employees. He also holds an MIR and an MPA, both from Queen’s University in Canada, in addition to a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. He is a board member of the YMCA of Southern Nevada, and a board member of the Doral Academy of Nevada—an arts integration charter school system in the Las Vegas area with over 6,000 students.
