Trina Hoefling

Trina Hoefling, founder of GroupONE Solutions LLC, is an accomplished thought leader and educator with a passion for helping people and organizations thrive. In addition to her 30-year organization transformation consultancy, she is co-founder of www.theSmartWorkplace.com, a consultancy that helps organizations, teams, and individuals be agile in a mobile workplace, and www.VirtualWorkplaceUniversity.com, a learning portal for workplace competence in today’s mobile, flexible work world.

She has been transforming the workplace virtually since developing remote management training in 1984. AT&T, JP Morgan, Coca-Cola, McKesson, International Truck & Engine, and Blue Cross Blue Shield are a few clients she has helped to expand flexwork and telecommuting options. She is an early adopter of online learning and peer group coaching, presenting at online learning and training conferences since the late 1990s.

Trina earned an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MA in Speech Communication, both from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She has authored numerous books and articles, including Working Virtually: Transforming the Mobile Workplace (2017) and “The Digital Revolution Means the End of Training as We Know It” (2017).
