Wanda A. Cumberlander provides global leadership in organizational effectiveness for not-for-profit, for-profit, academic, and federal government agencies. She leads development of new business opportunities and develops successful customized solutions in training, team building, communications management, organizational development, human resources, and diversity and inclusion. Currently, she utilizes her broad range of skills to help clients solve their most important organizational and people issues. Previously, as the Vice President of Customized Solutions, Wanda led international business development and consulting initiatives for the NTL Institute for Behavioral Sciences. With the National Institutes of Health, she led a major change effort in response to a governmental change management initiative. Wanda has successfully developed and led consulting opportunities in change management, human resources, and diversity training initiatives at a variety of organizations including the AARP, SHRM, Patents and Trademark, and the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE).
She earned her BS in Urban Planning from Rutgers University and her MS in Organization Development from American University. Wanda has a passion for teaching and helping others conquer learning challenges, which led her to a teaching career in higher education.
