Diana Catalina Beltran is an experienced hospitality management executive with a career spanning luxury hotel operations, sustainability, learning and development, corporate social responsibility, and consulting. Currently she serves as Director of Sustainability for Six Senses Quexigal Palace, where she supports the integration of sustainability and regenerative practices into the property’s development, operations, guest experiences, and community engagement. In prior roles, Diana served as a learning and development manager for both Celebrity Infinity with Celebrity Cruises – part of Royal Caribbean Group, and for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for North and Latin America. She has also served as a consultant for Astrapto LLC, where she advised hospitality and tourism organizations on sustainability strategy and operations, green team development, responsible procurement, greenhouse gas accounting, and other environmental and social initiatives. Early in her career, Diana held positions at the property level for the Grand Hyatt New York and Sofitel Miami in various operative capacities including sustainability manager and social responsibility manager.
Diana has a BS in travel and tourism management with a minor in hotel and lodging from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She earned her MS in sustainability management from Columbia University in New York City.
