Diana Beltran

Diana Catalina Beltran has over 15 years of experience as a hospitality management executive. Currently she coaches, consults, and educates hospitality and tourism organizations under Astrapto LLC and Hospitality Sustainability Revolution services regarding sustainability operations, green team building, procurement, greenhouse gas accounting, and carbon offsetting initiatives across entities and with a focus on lodging and space tourism. Diana helps companies add value, enhance their brands, and increase their returns while investing in a sustainable future.

Previously, Diana served as a corporate learning and development manager for all of North and Latin America at the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts corporate office. In prior roles, she also managed the development and implementation of sustainability-based programs and led philanthropic, volunteer, and community outreach initiatives as the Sustainability and Innovation Manager for the Wyndham Worldwide corporate office. Prior to her work with Wyndham, Diana held positions at the property level for the Grand Hyatt New York and Sofitel Miami in various operative roles including Sustainability Manager and Social Responsibility Manager.

Diana has a BS in travel and tourism management with a minor in hotel and lodging from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She received her MS in sustainability management from Columbia University in New York City.
