For over 20 years, Jamie Latiano Jacobs has built organizations and high-performing teams across industries, including technology, financial services, luxury hospitality, distribution, manufacturing, and business services. She specializes in helping leaders and management teams create award-winning organizations, especially during stages of rapid organizational growth and transformation.
Jamie began her career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as part of the opening team for a new property, supporting its growth from 50 to 1,200 employees. She then served as Assistant Director of Human Resources of the Four Seasons Hotel, Newport Beach. Her career led her to the C-Suite, driving business strategy through the people and culture lens. Jamie now leverages that experience as the cofounder of both the women-owned consulting firm High Performanceology and the consulting talent agency GigTalent. Jamie is a former President of the National Human Resources Association and a sought-after speaker and panelist on topics like organizational culture and leadership, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work.
She holds BA degrees in history and political science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Chapman University in Orange, California. Jamie is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources® by the Human Resources Certification Institute, a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society of Human Resource Management, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, and is a Hudson Institute of Coaching certified coach.
