Eric Olesen is a senior HR executive with over 20 years of experience in applied statistics and predictive analytics, specializing in human capital, quantitative market research, and survey methodology. As a vice president at CNA Financial, one of the largest U.S. commercial property and casualty insurance companies, Eric applies his dynamic leadership, strategic planning, and innovative process design skills to drive organizational performance. Previously, he served as a director and led the workforce analytics function for Booz Allen Hamilton, a $7B federal contractor with over 25,000 employees. Earlier in his career, Eric held client-facing roles at the Gallup Organization, aiding Fortune 100 companies in aligning their key performance metrics with employee and customer engagement. His proficiency in developing predictive models aids organizations in proactively reducing attrition, enhancing the quality of hires, and effectively managing succession.
Eric received his BS in psychology and business administration from Wayne State University and holds an MS in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Akron.
