Louis Morlier III is a licensed social worker (LCSW-C) and has been a lecturer in criminal justice and the social sciences since 2005. He has over 25 years of experience in military and federal law enforcement, and his areas of research interest include immigration policy, sexual deviance and crime, human trafficking, and traumatology. His career has spanned the United States Army, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and the Department of Homeland Security.
Louis holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland and has had training in specialized areas including immigration law, United States border search authority, internet crimes against children, human trafficking and smuggling, counter-terrorism, terrorist financing, national security and defense technologies stewardship, and forensic interviewing.
