Joshua Gomez is the Associate University Librarian for Digital Strategies and Collection Services at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Library. He brings over 25 years of experience working in libraries. Drawing on his background in computer programming, Joshua has built expertise at the intersection of libraries and technology, holding positions at the Getty Research Institute, the University of Southern California, and George Washington University during the course of his career.
Joshua earned a BA in English from the University of Southern California, an MIMS in information management and systems from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS in computer science from Arizona State University.
