Erika Bobbitt

Erika Bobbitt is the CEO and founder of Videre Technologies, which provides program management and operations consulting to clients supporting the United States Department of Energy, emergency preparedness agencies, and software development. She has a broad background in program management, operations management, major software development, new market expansion, and corporate acquisitions. Before starting her own business, Erika was the president of a software development company focused on software solutions for federal, state, and local agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice; the Washington, D.C., Office of the Chief Medical Examiner; and several state health departments. She also spent 17 years with Ingersoll Rand, a Fortune 100 company, managing projects for neighborhood electric vehicles, industrial pumps, automotive systems, and golf and utility vehicles. Ingersoll Rand assignments took her to the United Kingdom, China, and various locations in the U.S.

Erika believes strongly in giving back to the community. She sits on the board of trustees for her Project Management Institute (PMI) chapter and served as president for the Friends of the Augusta-Richmond County Library. She is board treasurer for Clarke and Concordia Engineering and Technology Initiatives.

Erika earned a BS in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MS in management from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management. She received her MBA from the TiasNimbas Business School at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications.
