Jennifer Young Baker has more than 30 years of experience managing projects, programs, portfolios, and PMOs for Fortune 500 companies, including Amtrak, Duke Energy, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Marriott. She is currently a Principal Consultant with Mavendog Consulting.
Jennifer holds an MS in project management from Northeastern University. She maintains PfMP, PgMP, PMP, ITIL, MBB, BRMP, PMO-CP, CB-PMO, and SAFe-SA certifications, and she also earned a master’s certificate in leadership from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Jennifer is active in PMI, formerly serving as the Chapter President and the Region Mentor for the Mid-Atlantic States, with awards at both the chapter and individual level. Her publications include “Project Portfolio Governance” in Portfolio Management: A Strategic Approach and “Developing a New Portfolio” and “Portfolio Governance” in Portfolio Management: Delivering on Strategy.
