Kaali Dass has over 25 years of experience in information technology and project management and has managed complex and cross-functional projects globally. He currently serves as Vice President, Technology and Strategic Project Management at First Citizens Bank. Prior to that, he worked as a senior program manager at Cisco Systems, Inc. He is an alumnus of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class and often presents at PMI and other professional associations on subjects related to leadership, project management, quality, and security. He previously served on the PMI North Carolina Board, and has held multiple leadership positions, including VP of Technology and Communications.
Kaali holds a PhD in IT management, an MBA in finance, and professional certifications including PMP, ITIL, DASM, and CSM. His areas of focus include portfolio, program, and project management; agile transformation; IT devops; IT strategy and planning; enterprise architecture; data architecture; and data insights and analytics.
