Victoria Beltran

Victoria Beltran has focused her project management skills in IT for the last 25 years. She helped to set up a PMO at her manufacturing company, and she is passionate about their advent of a new work management methodology. Professor Beltran has been a Business Relationship Manager for the Finance and Treasury Departments and worked closely with those teams to leverage project management strategies to recognize value in the work undertaken. She continues to mentor non-IT departments in growing their project management capabilities. In 2015, she earned her MS in Project and Program Management from Brandeis University, and recently she has moved into a corporate leadership role, introducing Project Management methodology and practice in IT, marketing, and manufacturing.
