Bahadir Inozu

Bahadir Inozu is an accomplished executive with international experience in corporate and operational executive direction driving profit and loss accountability within high-growth operations. He is a results-oriented leader with proven success in recognizing the importance of the individual to improve and enhance interdependent processes and systems. He co-founded and served as CEO of three companies specializing in project management including Sharp Focus, Inc. and NOVACES, LLC. He has been providing training and workshops through a variety of organizations, including CIEE, Coloredge Inc., and the Utah Governor’s Office of Management & Budget. He also served as the chairman of the School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at University of New Orleans. His publications include Performance Improvement for Healthcare: Leading Change with Lean, Six Sigma and Constraints and High Reliability for a Highly Unreliable World: Preparing for Code Blue through Daily Operations in Healthcare, as well as more than 70 academic articles.

Bahadir holds an MSE and PhD in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. His certifications include SCTE, SCDE, Theory of Constraints (Jonah), and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
