
Bahadir Inozu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sharp Focus, Inc. An accomplished executive with international experience in corporate and operational reliability, risk management, performance improvement, cybersecurity compliance, and AI-enabled decision support, he has worked with more than fifty organizations across government and industry to improve safety, resilience, and operational performance. His expertise integrates High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles, Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and systems thinking to solve complex operational challenges and deliver measurable results. He advises senior leaders on strategic prioritization, enterprise risk management, project value maximization, digital transformation, cybersecurity compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Bahadir currently supports the U.S. Department of Transportation’s SafeMTS program as a subject matter expert in AI-enabled safety intelligence, near-miss analytics, and predictive risk management. His prior service includes supporting the U.S. Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Crowley Maritime, Kaiser Permanente, Legendary Foods, and Ocean Ship Holdings.
Bahadir is the co-author of High Reliability for a Highly Unreliable World, and Performance Improvement for Healthcare, and he has also published more than 70 academic and professional articles. He holds MSE and PhD degrees in naval architecture and marine engineering from the University of Michigan. He is also a co-founder of technology startups AIQute, Inc. and Agentsmatix, Inc.
